California Oil Museum From fossils to fill 'er up, the California Oil Museum tells the story of the black bonanza that created wealth, work, and prosperity for generations of Californians. Operated by the City of Santa Paula, the Museum highlights the inner workings of the state's black gold industry through interactive displays, videos, working models, games, photographs, restored gas station memorabilia, and an authentic turn-of-the-century cable-tool drilling rig. Santa Paula Art Museum The Santa Paula Art Museum is the repository and exhibition hall for the Santa Paula Art Collection. Containing over 300 pieces, among its most famous artists are works of Jessie Arms and Cornelis Botke. Some of the other plein air artists represented in the collection are Robert Clunie, Al Dempster, Ralph Holmes, Paul Laurita, Emil Kosa, Jr., Douglas Shively and Milford Zornes. Also featured at the Museum are rotating exhibits of contemporary and local artists and we are the proud home of the De Colores Art Show and Festival which is showcased annually. The Santa Paula Art Museum is an exceptional institution with an extraordinary compilation!

Santa Paula Theater Center The Santa Paula Theater Center, located at125 So. Seventh St. (the corner of Main and 7th) in historic downtown Santa Paula, has been presenting award-winning live theater for over 25 years. SPTC, housed in an architecturally significant Craftsman-style building behind Ebell Park, contains two active stages. The Main Stage seats 100 patrons and operates a 5-show theatrical season and a concert series. Back Stage at SPTC seats 60 and is an alternative space for new work, new artists, and unusual material. Back Stage at SPTC also offers ongoing classes for both youth and adults. Both stages are charged with SPTC’s mission to illuminate, educate, and entertain Ventura County and beyond. Santa Paula Train Depot
An original 1887 Southern Pacific Railroad Depot is the home today of the Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce & Gift Store. Visitors can shop for local gift items and obtain tourist information (805- 525-5561, 200 N. 10th St, Santa Paula). Railroad Park features a gazebo, landscaped grounds and gardens, a towering 1879 Moreton Bay fig tree, and a life-size outdoor bronze sculpture, The Warning. The Depot still welcomes train enthusiasts aboard the antique Fillmore & Western Railway.Santa Paula Chamber of Commerce is in business for the businesses of Santa Paula. Its goal is to be the ambassador for the city and for its visitors.
